Parking Lot at a Public Boat Launch / Dog Park.
Not Big Rig Friendly as you have to make some narrowish turns to get there and the longer Parking spots are for Boat-trailer Parking only. This is also clearly signed and posted.
Adjacent to it is a gravel Parking lot where there are no signs. Stayed here and no one bothered us. Planes will fly right over your head but not during the night. There is a bathroom building nearby but we didn't check it out.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Exactly as described, we walked around the park. Really beautiful sunset. No one bothered us at all except for the bugs which there were a ton of and we were eaten alive. There was also a decent amount of activity. Some fisherman came around 9 ish and later around 1am a group of people cane buy played some music. So overall a really nice place to sleep if you don't mind bugs and some noise.
Report Check-InAs stated, pretty quiet for a spot in town, we were not the only boondockers, so it felt safer. Bring some earplugs for planes/cars that come and go/attention-seeking kids who think it's funny to come and honk at midnight just to wake up the campers. We were in a roof top tent and it went well.
Report Check-InWe stayed here two nights and it was great! The dog park/beach is really nice and we had no issues at all parking overnight. The restrooms are clean but they close when the park shuts down. The Verizon signal wasn’t the greatest either but we’d stay here again.
Report Check-InEndroit à l’écart et calme

Attention nous avons eu beaucoup de vent ce soir là
Great place!! Enjoyed walking around the whole park. It has lots to offer! I parked in the disc golf course lot and at 9pm a nice lady from the city honked and said she needed to lock up the regular park, but I could park at the pier (boat launch) since "it is open all night." So this spot is definitely open! I will be back. I loved it. The sunset is amazing and there's even a dog park.
Report Check-InNo issues staying the night here. Parking lot was pretty full until about 9:30pm, then it emptied out. Woke up about 1am and the parking lot had about ten cars in it but was surprisingly quite. The city maintenance vehicle was servicing the restrooms when I woke up again at 6:30am but they didn’t bother anyone in the lot. This is a great spot for anyone who needs a few quiet nights!
Report Check-InTrès bon spot, proche d’une plage à chien, toilette à proximité, seule bémole le monde sans arrêts qui fait des va et vient sur ce parking sans raison
Report Check-InNice spot for a few nights! Pretty area with a fishing pier, folf course, and extensive park. No one bothered us. There is a sign that said park hours sunrise to sunset but there were fishermen and visitors here well past dark and we didn’t see anyone come to close the gate.
Bathroom at this lot, pretty clean with flush toilets.
