Large and mostly flat area (viewpoint) on top of mountain. next to the sh 130 but quiet. there are a few places behind trees and bushes to hide. easy to enter with every car. we were told that it’s dangerous due to wild elephants and tigers. still hoping to see them;)
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
The mountain road when coming from Goa goes very steep uphill. With our old van it was not so easy, in case you also drive an older vehicle. The other direction is very bumpy with potholes.
For India it is ok and relatively quiet, but a lot of tourists stop here. Some of them are annoying or disturbing. Nothing bad, just the typical unrespectful behaviour of Indian men. We were there on a weekend. At sunset we took a walk to avoid all the "where are you from?" questions and found a better place 5 minutes away, which we added. The viewpoint is ok, nothing special. No wildlife, only cows. No Airtel reception in the whole area.
