$25 electric, $10 tent. Definitely closed Mid-November through December for Christmas holiday light event, not sure other winter hours but I would guess you could show up and park.
Looks pretty basic overall, but a great spot to see the "world's largest" items around town. We did not stay as it is not currently open for camping.

Super quiet and well-maintained. The man that oversees it, Jerry, lives at the west end in the house to the right of the restrooms and dump area. He has a drop box for payment at his house and was very kind and offered help should we need it. Definitely a nice stop if you have pets or kids with a park, picnic tables, playground, water fountain. Awesome little site!
