Description
It's the West Gate Parking of Taj Mahal. We stayed here over night. Here is place for big rigs. From here you can walk to the Taj Mahal entrance or take important the white golf car to the taj Mahal for 20 rs for each person. Don't use the normal rikshah because they are more expensive. The parking lot has also facilities but we don't use them

We spent one night here after visiting the Taj Mahal and had no problem. We didn't ask anybody about night parking when we entered the parking and nobody bothered us. Quite night.
Just when we left at around 8am, they asked us to pay the day fare again (180rps) because we stayed the night. They say the ticket would only be valid for 12h but it's not written anywhere. On the ticket it's written, that safety of parking is not guaranteed for the time the Taj Mahal is closed = so we argued that we don't pay for that. After 2 min arguing they let us go.
Toilet closed at night. Don't park where the busses are parked (to the right), try to park at the far end going straight ahead close to the toilets.
Report Check-InProbably the worst place to spend the night in India. We came here in the late afternoon and asked the cashier if we could stay overnight. He said it wouldn’t be a problem and charged us 180 ₹. Later that evening the guy came again and wanted another 200 ₹ for staying overnight. We refused to pay and told him several times, that we have a receipt and we already payed plus we asked several times if we could stay over night in the beginning and that they had charged us for that already. He called his brother, his friends and what not and started a big discussion with us before they finally left and told us we would have to pay 350 ₹ tomorrow when driving out. FOR WHAT?!
Anyways, place has the normal amount of garbage everywhere and the first tour bus came at 3:40 AM which a bunch of people who obviously woke us up, when yelling around outside.
If you can avoid to sleep here, do it.
