Description

First-come first-serve. $30 night for full hookups. $10 night for tenting / dry camping. Free wifi. Not far off I-40. Water, power and sewer in each RV site. Tent and car camping is allowed on sites without hookups. There is laundry and showers available, but there are quite a few reports that question the cleanliness of the facilities. The office was closed when we arrived but they have a drop box for cash and a phone number to call if you need the code for laundry or shower access. Not much shade and located in a town that's probably passed when Route 66 was more popular but a quiet little place for the night.

$30 full hookups or $10 dry camping. Toilet, shower, laundry, microwave and WiFi. Walking distance to the Route 66 Midpoint Cafe. Just call the number on the office door to get the building access code and WiFi password. Great place to stop for the night.

Arrived late and were the only RV tonight. Dry camping was $10, could pay via PayPal.

First come first serve. Approximately 10 spots.
$30 night for full hook ups (50/30/20),water, sewer.
$10 night for tenting or dry camping.

No one in office. Paid cash via envelope thru office door slot. Called number provided and was given the code for the bathroom/laundry and shower building, as well as wifi password. Owners seemed very nice over the phone.

Pros: free decent internet. Owners also run a propane business across street for propane refills (closed sat/sun). Just off the I-40. Felt safe parked here.

Cons: The one bathroom/shower doesn’t look like it’s had a good cleaning in months!!! Weird car floor mats sitting in shower?? Quite a bit of road noise from the I-40. Quite large gravel/rocks, not sure if tenting on it would be enjoyable.

If your self contained and it’s late, not a horrible place to stop and crash for the night if you need power. But if your looking for a place to spend the day, use the facilities to freshen up… you will likely be disappointed.

Close to I-40. Noisy. The bathroom and shower were filthy. It’s now $30/ night. I would not recommend it.

Blink and you'll miss this small gem. We stayed in our rooftop tent here for one night at $10. There is a nice bathroom area with a hot shower, coin operated washer and dryer, and a microwave ( which we really appreciated!). Bathroom key code and wifi info are available by calling the host, who was very responsive and friendly. There are also rv hookup sites available. This place isn't much to look at from the outside but we felt safe and enjoyed our stay :)

decent little spot just off I40. nice surprise of a shower and laundry facilities. $10 tent/dry camping and $25 full hook up. after a certain time think it's honor system as there are envelopes and a drop slot. can call the number by door for the code. we were only people for a while til someone pulled in around 9. the water isn't clear. wouldn't drink it. but good for filling portable toilet for later use. It got us off the road after a 10 hr day crossing Texas 👍🏻

For $10 boondocking this place that mist have seen better times. But with 2 pretty new ( top loaders) washers and dryers, a shower ( hot), toilet and even an old microwave in the small building you have all you need. Maintenance could need some improvement ( full trash can, no toilet paper, ot so clean toilet bowl) but for a one night stop a great affordable place. Wifi password and door code after calling. Hope the owner will get some more business as their price is good and the amenities absolutely fine fir just a night while passing through.

Not much shade and located in a town that's prime probably passed when route 66 was more popular but a quiet little place for the night. There was a friendly campground dog hanging around while we were there but all he wanted was attention.
