Description

Stayed in Camper Van: Shaded by Scrub oaks and Grey Pine, Smalley Cove Campground offers 5 campsites near Kerchoff Reservoir. One vault toilet is provided and campsites include picnic tables and grills. NOT RV friendly, low hanging trees, uneven parking surface. Only 5 sites, so getting a spot Spring & Summer is impossible, verified by camp host. Sites are not very level so a tent might be hard to set up flat. Gates close at night for added security so dont expect to be able to leave after sunset, Reopens around 6 am. $20.00/ night for one vehicle. Zero cell service. We were there in off season and it was perfect, we were the only ones there.
