Not so fast but you can use your Argentina Claro from this place.
We stayed on the street, next to the ¨RAMBLA¨ . We felt safety there. It doesn´t have any ammenities but has a beatuful view of the Uruguay River. There are bathrooms nearby, but there were dirty.
