Very kind and talkative local family running a simple hotel. Rooms start from 10 US$, depending on the size and if you choose a room with air conditioning or fan. I camped up at the rooftop for 5 US$. They gave me permanent access to a maintained bathroom with shower, toilet, mirror and sink downstairs.
It is possible to use the kitchen.
