Description
It's managed by a family, who lives in the house. Secure parking for motorcycles and 2 cars. In a pleasant and safe neighbourhood, with a big supermarket nearby. You can choose your type of accomodation: small ones 1st floor, bigger ones upstairs, with or without AC/heater, with or without private bathroom (hot water) The small rooms were already taken, so I got one with AC and private bathroom for 25k pesos/day (price was 30k, but for 2 days Andrea gave me a better deal). It's 30k with breakfast. Price for rooms without AC were the same. Very good wifi. A small fridge, towell heater and electric kettle available in the room. Even in early November, room gets hot during the day (fine temperature during the night). I only discovered they have rooms with shared bathroom after I'd already paid for mine, so better to ask first, maybe they're better priced.
