This is my 3rd time here in the 5 or so weeks I've been in the Denver area.
First two times were peaceful nights, no issues, few other campers, I slept in.
Just rolled in around midnight tonight & there's two cops doing that weird cop thing where they talk to each other through their windows parked on the other side of the lot...I'm super uncomfortable around police so I'm not sure if I'll end up staying.
Otherwise it's been a good spot, no weirdos outside of their vans, cooking or making noise in the lot, letting their dogs out, leaving trash...you know, the non-stealth stuff that gets places shut down.
Haven't gotten a knock the year plus that I've been vehicle-dwelling and don't want to break my streak tonight.
Parker is quiet though & most of Denver and surrounding is full of conceited NIMBYs so Walmart has been my go-to in town.
