Quiet road without exit - no through traffic, it is the turn-around place, stayed 3 nights next to the park (lots of dog walkers in the morning and evening - nice, friendly, interested). Trees for shade. Security in a small hut at the park, and also at the building “Edificio antique” right across the street. Friend. No amenities, but two blocks direction north lots of shops and restaurants.
By the way: Pico y Placa in Bogotá = cars with license plates ending on uneven numbers can’t drive on uneven days from 6 am to 9 pm, even numbers on even days. Uber to city center costs about 30.000 to 35.000 COP.
