We decided to stay because there was no other parking around.
Parking lot, originally was told 150-200 to sleep then a guy came knocking asking for 250. Clearly they are just increasing rates in the last few months. Left out of annoyance. Parked on the street next door along the wall just up this hill along with other local cars. Everything was fine (also left the van on the street all the next day and was fine).
