Good hostel in quiet and safe neighbourhood. Big kitchen area. Fast wifi.
Only disadvantage is that there are little options to get in and out of the neighbourhood by bycicle and bus, it is focussed on cars.

Very nice hostel. Double rooms for $30 - tv, private bathroom, AC, hot water. Breakfast is not longer included in price due to Covid. The hostel has a big open kitchen and a very spacious covered area to eat/work. Their WiFi is strong (we work online and had no issues with it) as well.

We are on bikes and our bikes fitted in our room. We were upstairs. Room was quiet, very comfy, clean, bed was comfortable, water pressure strong, and there were two big windows with a nice view of the street and the trees. So nice!

The hostel is close to a lot of thing! Little stores and some restaurants/bars. Great place to go on walks. Uber rides to Casco Viejo are $2.50, public transportation stops a few steps from the hotel.

Cons:
10$ would be ok 15$ not worth it
I thought than ringing the bell every time to go inside wouldn’t bother me. It did. Sometimes they are not in the front desk so you have to wait . I didn’t get the thing about the bell...
Pretty noise at night. I’ve slept in much less noisy gas stations. I only slept a few hours.
Pros:
Location is really good , felt very nice and safe neighborhood and close to everything.
Bathrooms and “the shower” are just ok.
Kitchen is huge and lot of space to hang around.

Safe location/secure parking for our van, good internet. A little annoying to have to ring in every time you want to come inside but not a huge deal. Nice outdoor shared open kitchen, cold shower, washer and dryer you can pay to use (though one dryer was free?). Good spot while getting ready to ship, though Panama City itself was hot so sleeping in the van was rough for us there. Good AC in the lobby of the hostel. Cost $15/night for the two of us staying in the van in the parking lot

One of the nicest hostels I have ever visited. It is a beautiful old home in a quiet neighborhood. The decor is lovely and the hostel is very clean. We paid 33$ for a double bed, two people, private bath. We made a reservation through Booking.com and received free beer when we checked in! Kitchen is well equipped, the garden is lovely, and they have a pool set up! A/C in room got very cool after being left on a few hours.

Very nice family. If you meet Elizabeth, she is very lovely person. You camp in the parking lot, and there is a shower and bathroom you can use with cold water. You can use the big kitchen. The internet was pretty good, especially in the lounge and kitchen areas. They having washing machines and dryers you can use, though some work better than others. The only annoying thing is that you usually have to walk through the hostel lobby which amd ring the bell for them to let you in. But there is technically someone at the front desk 24 hours. $5/pp/pn

Nice older hostal in a neighborhood outside of downtown. Private room w/private bathroom for $33/night. 10 min from old town, 5 min from DIJ inspection place. Breakfast included. Safe parking onsite, nice staff, communal kitchen, good wifi. $2.50 Uber ride to Casco Viejo.

Nice place to stay. 5 USD per person per night for camping. Breakfast fo 5 USD (optional). You can buy drinks and in the evening pizza for 10 USD each.

un super lugar. zona tranquila El staff muy atentos en especifico Felipe un man a Todo dar. Las habitaciones limpias. la Cocina bien equipada ordenada y limpia.

a great place people who serve super good always friendly clean place the kitchen with enough utensils that is something for which always battle in a hostel lol hahaha. super recommended.

Loved it here. Stayed night before flying out of Panama Pacifico airport (BLB) which is 10km away. Very quite location within Panama City. Close to DIJ/police inspection for shipping vehicles. GREAT (silent) air conditioning. Hot showers (not even necessary in Panama!). Nice outside & inside common area. Big communal kitchen. FREE breakfast included! Good wifi. Laundry on site. Airport shuttle available for $15. We got a double bed in a large room with TV and private bathroom on booking.com for $30. Wonderful staff. Wished we found this place before spending 4 nights at the Va&Ven gas station (also pretty nice!).

really nice hostal. every room has its private bathroom with hot showers.
new air conditioning in the room so it is now not noisy and really refreshing.
towels are including and not for rent
nice big outside kitchen.
and washing machines and dryers are avalable to do laundry (2$ load for washing and 2$ load for drying) you can buy laundry soap at reception (0,50$)
kids playground just in front of the hostal.
groceries shops nearby.
great place to stay (much better and cheaper than casa nativa)

Not really a hostel but simple hotel in quiet neighbourhood of the city. Entrance on Calle Manuel Quintero Villarreal. Parking on premises of hotel within gate, no height restrictions. They have a communal kitchen with some chairs and tables. Room is small and hot. There is airconditoning, but it is very loud and cools only slightly. Room has private bathroom and TV. Bed is OK-ish. Wifi in room and in kitchen area. Double room US$35 + tax = US$ 38 + change
