A great spot to spend a night or two in this cute little town. Free wifi at the Mono Lake Committee, Organic coffee on the main drag and flush toilets at the museum.

Slept here 1 night. SUPER windy til about 1130 pm, but other than that, very quiet. Cold at night, but not terrible. We chose this instead of the gas station for the quiet and dark. Woke to beautiful sunrise.
Report Check-InVery Nice place, pretty view and so many stars at night we could see the milky Way !
We were not bothered, 3 cars sleeping here. Tricky to pee though, no hidden spot
Just as described! Easy to find, we got in 9:00 pm and quietly went to sleep and woke up to a beautiful sunrise after an undisturbed night..
Report Check-Ina lot of it was covered by snow, not sure if it was the right spot but it was an empty lot. I came in at around 9pm, I was the only one there, I didn't see any signs and no1 bothered me, I left around 7am.
