Stayed here for one night, came in around 8pm. Very quiet street at night. No signs about overnight parking or permit parking, no one bothered me. I saw a couple of other camper vans down the block.

Arrived around 9pm in the pouring rain, took off around 8am. I walked my dog at night and in the morning. No pedestrians at night and no American flags. Very white neighborhood, so your experience may differ, but I had no issues for one night in a stealth SUV.
Report Check-InJust to be clear, it is illegal to sleep in your vehicle anywhere in Durango unless at a campground or park or private property like someone’s house/ driveway. Multiple business owners advised us it’s the City Ordinance. If you do it, you will be risking a fine from a police officer.
