Rock Tree | Tourist Attraction

Arbol de Piedra. Here many rock formations emerge from the sand with various forms. The most surprising is a stone about 5 m high that looks like a tree. There is a large flat car park, toilets and possibility of bivouacing on site. Very nice site.

Arbol de piedra. ici de nombreuse formations rocheuses émergent du sable avec diverses formes. la plus surprenante est une pierre d’environ 5 m de haut qui ressemble à un arbre. il y a un grand parking plat, des wc et possibilité de bivouaquer sur place. très joli site.

easy pull off to rest if you are taking this route anyways, but definitely not worth the worst section of this road to see this rock if planning on taking the other route.

This is where the rock tree is! The rock formation is okay and fairly underwhelming. We didn’t find it worth going out of our way for.

For rock enthusiasts, you are able to exit the park and re-enter to see this (or other) attraction. Just have your ticket stamped with “returno” by the guard when leaving.
