Welcome Center rest area just off Interstate 81 six miles (10 kilometers) south of the Canadian border. WiFi is free in the building and at the picnic area but it doesn’t reach the parking lot. There are restrooms and trash cans and a decent Verizon signal and lots of landscaping.

Very nice off the highway with no 18 wheelers allowed. One other car camper here. Good Verizon signal.
Report Check-InVerry nice and clean rest area. Stayed overnight. Clean bathrooms opened 24hr. Dog park. No tractor trailers thus verry quiet.
