Amazing location. The park is beautiful. There are bathrooms. Botanical garden a short walk away. I arrived at ~4pm and left at 6:30am. Park visitors and the other cars mostly cleared out when the park closed at 8pm. Afterwards, it was completely quiet. I heard a car drive through the lot around 10pm, I peeked out the window to see Bellevue Police. They drove right by my Sprinter van. I felt appreciative they allowed me to stay and I felt safe knowing the police were patrolling. Great spot. Do not abuse. Be respectful.

Report Check-In

We have to stay close to the city and this was one of the only safe-looking options. No signs that say no overnight parking but the park does close at 8:30. But the parking lot is really big and it curves away from the road so we were able to find a spot where cars passing on the road wouldn’t be able to see us and parked across a few parking spaces because we’re in a bus. No one bothered us and it’s far enough from traffic to have a nice quiet night!
