Latest Check-Ins

Here for two nights, definitely a popular biking spot as people started showing up at 7:00am on a weekday here. No one bothered us, we parked near a sprinter for the night as well. Near some creepy old abandoned government buildings but otherwise vibes are good!

Tucked away our truck camper on our f150 perfectly between a little grove. Another camper van was here. Some late night mountain bikers came off the trail and hung out in the lot for a few hours playing Simon and Garfunkel - fun :)

AM bikers rolled in about 7am and started to get going. Otherwise had a great night sleep for a Saturday night near town. Got very quiet after 10:30.

Good location close to Monterey and other stuff! Busy trailhead for hikers and mountain bikers so good to arrive late and leave early. Good trail system to get in a hike and walk the dog! Two bars of ATT.

Good spot for the night. We were here with 2 other cars who also stayed here. We felt safe.

Rolled up after dark to a couple of other vans. No issues at all. The abandoned apartments are a bit creepy driving past, but I felt safe the whole time. Busy in the morning with hikers and bikers

We were here a few nights. Contrary to what the person said before, this is not a creepy area at all. It's a mountain bike trailhead and a through way for college students. There is an abandoned apartment complex up the road, but there ain't nothing wrong with that. We could hear a college football game going on during our first night!
Some traffic at night, but we weren't bothered and spent three nights here, as I said, in our 35ft skoolie.

Report Check-In

We drove up to the spot in the dark. Three blocks before the spot is the police department, two blocks ahead on the right side a very high fenced building and opposite to it an abandoned building. We didn't feel safe at all and left immediately. Very creepy area overall

As described. Some light traffic stopping at the intersection. Very quiet during the night. Picks up again after 5am. Other vehicles showed up. Seems safe and secure with no hassles. Let's hope it stays that way. Great spot.

Lots of spots. No "no" signs. There were 6 vehicles here. Easily could have fit 6 more - or more.

Two pictures below. Shows my CRV.

The second pic shows along the road leading to it with tons of places.

This is a major mountain biking place, so expect lots of people there.
