Nice camping spot on the grass, directly next to the beach. Small bar/restaurant with really nice local guy (Juan Carlos) who told us it's completely fine and safe to camp here. He offered to use his toilets/showers for 1 dollar if needed. Not busy place at all. Some kilometers of the main road, partially tarmac, partially dirt road with some holes/bumps. No wifi, but network is available if you have a sim card.

Perfect place for life in a van. Shadow, a little wind during the day and a calm sea. No noise during the night we were alone. During the day some locals come to enjoy and light fires on the beach .. mosquitoes from sunset!

endroit parfait pour la vie en van. de l'ombre, un peu de vent en journée et une mer calme. aucun bruit durant la nuit nous étions seuls. en journée quelques locaux viennent profiter et allumer des feux sur la plage.. moustiques à partir du coucher du soleil !

beautiful quite place! Only locals and friendly people at the restaurant.
Report Check-InReally nice and quiet place. Some locals come in the afternoon and evening but respectfull. Nice place for a swim. The little restaurant is very nice and the owner offered the shower and toilets. Woke up with a nice sunset. 20 minutes from the ferry to go to Puntarenas. Plenty of space to camp. A fisherman told us to come with him in morning but we couldnt, so it could be interesting for people who like fishing ! Just ask them.

The sea wasn't beauty but you can swimming.
The little town seems like secure and friendly people.
On Tuesday is very calm and nobody's came.
We knew another traveler who traveling in his motorhome and he was been stayed here since 7 days.
Es un lugar lindo y tranquilo, el mar no estaba lindo pero la costa tiene un paisaje bonito, además que puedes hacer la vanlife a gusto.
Apenas hay unas cuantas casas, el lugar parece ser seguro y la gente tranquila.
En martes nadie vino.
Conocimos a un viajero costariquense quien viajaba en su motorhome y hacían ya 7 días que estaba aquí.
