Restrooms are clean but the water is a brownish yellow

This rest area and 'welcome center' is in fact open. No official signs visible, so I stayed the night, as did several others. The restrooms are quite nasty and outdated. Don't expect much, you're in Indiana now. Quiet place to sleep and get back to the road. Several picnic tables and one covered area. Huge parking area and space to exercise pets.
