Description
Big 24h parking lot (20$) just beside the ferry to New York. Great place to sleep and visit NY. Really nice view of NY too.
I would tend to think that RVs longer than 21 feet won’t be able to get in as the turn to enter the lot is tight.
DO NOT PARK on the side of the river, this is not part of the parking lot. This part is private and reserved for the NY WATERWAY buses. You will get towed away. So park on the side of the street.

We parked for 3 days in this parking lot. It says monthly users only but in fact anyone can park there. It was a great way to enjoy NYC.
Report Check-InStationnement clôturé avec vue sur la skyline pour seulement 20$/24H. À 3 minutes de marche du ferry, départs aux 20 minutes. Roundtrip pour midtown 19$/adulte. Sommes restés 2 jours et nous y retournerons certainement.
Report Check-InHighly recommend! You can’t beat the view of the NYC skyline. $20 to park for 24 hours. There is a gate when you enter/exit that accepts card only. The gate does say employee parking, but we buzzed security and they said it’s public parking. Very safe and relatively quiet place to stay.
