Description
Found on google, messaged and reserved a triple room with private bathroom a day in advance. Negotiated from 390 BOL down to 300 incl breakfast. When we arrived in Villamar, we drove to a few other hostals to shop around but they were either booked out for the groups or much more expensive. We arrived around 4:30pm from Uyuni and the place filled up with tour groups by 6pm. Richy runs the place +59164395254 Like many, this place doesn’t look like much when you get there. It’s basic but ok clean and you get used to your room. Still overpriced, for the same money you’d get a better place in Uyuni. Richy has ok internet. There is parking for 4 landcruisers inside the gates, vans and rigs would fit but not sure if he’d let them take up the space.

hot showers and in the evening and morning they put on a fire in the comedor.
No cartell ; find the Blue Gate (see photo).
Hostel Quéchua managed by really kind woman who makes people feel welcome and taken care. Everything is so simple but so well made, clean and cared after!
Is really cold at night, but they provide blankets and sleeping bags, so it’s ok to sleep through under zero temperatures.
No internet connection.
40 bolivianos per person per night.
there is the posibility to take a simole dinner in the facilities.
Report Check-InPaid 60B for a double room with private bathroom. Hot shower but cold room (8 Celsius in the morning). Anyway the bed was warm and comfy and we could park our bicycles inside.
Report Check-In150 bols for a private room with a queen size bed with toilets and hot shower, which was not working, just cold. Not the cleanest but enough for a night. Private parking which can fit 6 cars with no height limit. But entrance should be around 2.50 / 3m wide.
Friendly owner. You can pay in CLP too. You can also just sleep in your car and pay for using the facilities.
We didn't stay there, but asked a lady from the hotel we could refill our water bottles (wanted to pay), but she said rude no.
Report Check-Inwe could park our van here and use hot shower and comunal room for 20pp. there are some rooms availiable for 30pp+10pp for shower. owner can sell some petrol (not more then10-15l) in case of emergency
Report Check-Innice little hostel. Offers rooms and shared accommodation (30bs/p, 10bs for hot shower). Good value for money. Remember, you are in the middle of nowhere. Friendly owner, let us camp in his garden and use the showers and common rooms for 20bs. Safe parking. Quite bussy with tour groups.
