Something not right?

Description

Slept very well in this park. The road is a little busy in the summer but the water is great. There is a public restroom but it was broken when we were there.

Latest Check-Ins

I parked by the tennis court, by the lake and the picnic bench. I was here by myself and no one troubled me.

Report Check-In

There were two permanent residents at this park when I came here and one told me he had been there a month, he said the cops check in on him but haven’t forced him out yet. Myself and a few sprinters stayed one night , it was incredibly quiet and dark. No issues but cleaning crew early in the morning will give you dirty looks while they mow the lawn.

Got to the park at like 2am. Drove up then hill where the road curves a bit until I found parking spots. There was another car next to me. Slept until noon. People and other cars started showing up at 7am and made some noise but I wasn't bothered.
So far a cool place to spend the night.

Report Check-In

technically Seward Park closes at 10pm. there is a gate at entrance and signs with posted hours. gate was open at 11pm when I arrived and there were only 2 other cars in the entire park. Beautiful, quiet, recommended. I was not bothered, but be prepared to be asked to leave or to have the gate locked until morning.

Report Check-In

There were many signs posted saying the park closes at 10 pm and that violators will be prosecuted. We decided to leave for the home depot instead of risk staying the night but it’s a very nice park. Surprisingly there were about 10-20 cars still parked inside the park when we left at 9:30 pm so maybe there is a chance to risk it for the biscuit. I’d be interested to see if someone would stay and update us that would be great!
