A perfectly good gravel load leads from the main road (paved) to this desert hills. After 500m or so the road splits and you have the possibility to turn around easily. Different places to choose from in this area. Very quiet. Wind protected. Also nice to walk around. No 4wd required.

Quiet and windstill!! The perfect contrast to the area. Some sideroad that is rarely used… There are not really flat spots apart from the road, but we managed to find a spot (traveling with rooftent) on the road which is broad enough which allows a potential car to pass.
Wind comes back in the morning. Super dusty of course.
Can recommend!
