This isn’t as big as the clearing as the ditch place, but it is decent and there’s two of them next to each other. It’s easy to find this place, drive to the intersection (southwards) and then instead of making a left turn at no entry sign, make a u turn into a clear bush road. It is very slightly overgrown but you can take that road to this clearing.
Very peaceful night and edge MTC 3G. Couple trees around for hammock.

Perfect place after or before Khaudum. We loved it. Quiet, nobody passed. Didn't Heard any animal during the night.
Report Check-InGood, small clearing to spend the night before/after Khaudum. Now in rainy season a bit bushy, but the best we could find on the way from B8. It had rained a bit, so the sand was more packed; easier driving. It took us about 2,5 hrs from the crossroads of B8 to here. No visual to here from the ”main” track.
Report Check-Inindeed this is the perfect wild camp in the forest before/after Kaudoum! very quiet, no one there. we took 1,5h to do the 45km between the gate and the main road
Report Check-Inperfect place for free in this terrible deep sandy road. we slept 1 night very quiet. nobody around. 3 hours driving from the gate to B8 :-(
