There's a nice gravel pullout on the highway right here and then you can easily walk into the woods away from the highway to set up tent or hammocks and wild camp. Easy to find flat mossy spots between the trees about 100 yards from the highway and the underbrush is non-existent so it's easy to walk in. You can hear traffic but it's not bad. Perfect for a one night stay on the road.
