Beautiful cabin at the lake San Pablo. They give us place to park and bathroom only with a minimum consumption in the restaurant of the place.

This was an incredible find after a day at the Otovalo markets. The grounds are beautiful. This is a vacation spot for the upper classes in Quito and the surrounding area. There are cabins, as well as swimming, water rentals, mini golf, and a pricy restaurant. (We paid almost $60 for two entrees and two non-alcoholic drinks.) They don’t usually have campers, but the manager was super hospitable to us. Hopefully if we continue to be good guests, then they will allow overlanders to stay.
