Rest area with a 300ft trail overlooking the river. Limited traffic at night, but not shielded from the noise for the few vehicles that do pass. Pit toilets, garbage, and picnic tables on a paved area. More open skys than over areas around here, so we stayed a few nights to watch got the northern lights.
