Small dead-end side street right off the plaza, quiet, safe, police around the corner, level. On the plaza itself the lights are very bright, but no problem staying there either.

Came cycling (2 ppl). Friendly police officers. We camped in their yard. We could use their hot shower and they even gave us an extra sleeping bag for the cold night. Eventually had a quiet and good night.
We could go back and forth in the oficina and on the street like we were home. Was easy.
We met a colombian couple traveling by van. They slept in their van right in front of the church.
