This is just a nice quiet pull-off on a seldom-used Forest Road. Looks like there are a handful of spots on this road. I had the best Verizon signal ever at 60 meg download. A few cars went by but otherwise very quiet. High altitude helps on hot days.

As noted, several small pullouts in the area. FS Roads now open and in good condition.
Report Check-Insadly the gate is closed :( looks like a beautiful spot! not sure why so many of the forest service roads in the area are closed in late May.
Report Check-InNo signal with Verizon or AT&T. Not really flat. There’s road noise, no view. In an emergency, okay.
Report Check-InThis forest road is smooth gravel with smallish pull outs along the way. I drove just over two smooth miles down to the creek where there are some bigger back-in spots. Good LTE all along the road. Very quiet. Can’t stress how smooth this forest road is.
