Street parking with no signs forbidding overnight - not even street sweeper signs. Large trees for shade and if you park across the street from the park, your morning will be nice and shaded. I've parked here numerous times both last May/June and this May.
It's great if you have animals or kids because it's right next to a park, and the bathrooms close at sunset and open at sunrise, but sometimes they have portables. And if u really need to use the bathroom at night, there's a pub a few blocks to a mile up the road. Hope u can hold it from 2am till the park opens! haha.
Otherwise, it's pretty quiet because it's mostly businesses, the park, and a big vacant lot, and the park is "closed" at night, but it's a sports park, so it only has fences around the courts. The park itself has no barriers. You get the occasional semi rolling through because they like to park their rigs in this area too. I also see RVs up the road too, so I don't think there are rules against it here.
There's also an Arby's, a Mexican place, and a liquor store within easy walking distance if you want to stretch your legs, and a lot more restaurants within a mile, and there's always parking here. I usually show up here pretty late and still find a good spot. If you get here early and hear yelling, there's probably a game. lol. It's no encampment and the people I've seen park here are pretty respectful, so I'm grateful that you will be respectful too.
Thank you.

Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
This street and several surrounding side streets appear to be a well-known overnighting location for rigs of all sizes. We counted at least twenty rigs, from vans and SUVs to 35 foot motorhomes, on both sides of S. Pacific next to the park here, as well as along S. Pacific throughout the industrial area to the north and on La Mirada adjacent to the empty lot, and there are probably stretches along other adjacent side streets as well. We stayed one night in our van. Traffic on the streets never goes away completely, so you might be awakened by occasional road noise if you're a light sleeper. There are sporadic street lamps, but also dark stretches; pick your comfort level. We measured weak-ish (1 bar LTE) Verizon signal next to the park, but a cell booster attached to our roof did very well, giving us 3 bars 5G and plenty for streaming and video calls.
Report Check-InQuiet at night. Very very loud & busy with traffic during the day starting at 6am
Report Check-InPerfect. Industrial area and large vacant lot/field. Other RV’s parked and quiet. Good night.
Report Check-InStayed the night, no one bothered anyone. very quiet. There was a soccor game going on, but not too noisy. Lots of vans and RVs parked on both sides of the road. I got here about 18:30, it was dark already and every single RV and van was DARK. ZERO signs of life. I kept my van dark as well. There is definitely a do not ruin this this vibe. Great place to spend the night. Everyone was respectful.
Report Check-InGreat spot! Parked on the block next to the park so I could let my dog sit outside with my door open during the day. Lots of RVs here. Lowkey gives me homeless vibes.
Report Check-InExcellent location for a low-key spot. No bathroom or other facilities but a dozen or more campers/vans along S Pacific St, north of the Google Map pinned location. Nothing romantic but a simile safe spot to park. Every city has one of these streets— if you know, you know.
Report Check-InPretty good spot to spend the night, fairly quiet overall for street parking, no one bothered us
Report Check-InLots of unrestricted parking and wide streets surround this public playground. A few folks seem to be quietly staying along the roadsides. No trash, no one seems to be bothered about anything. Shady areas under a few trees for daytime.
