Description
If it is still there, the dump station is all the way to the end in the center median. Go in the cars section right to the end on the left, but don’t hold your breath. Have a backup plan in case Iowa deleted this one too.

I’m not certain if there is a dump station here or not, but there certainly is NONE at the rest stop across the highway despite Google satellite and street view showing one.
The dump lid and both water spigots visible in Google have been cut off at ground level and concreted over.
Luckily the good folk at Leach Camper Sales of Lincoln have a dump station accessible 24/7 for free. Thanks guys, you are life savers!
