This was one of the best camping experiences I’ve had so far. I had the tent campsite at the end next to the stream. They even provide string lights so I didn’t have to put mine up. It was very cozy and cute. Use the outdoor shower. It was fantastic and fun!

I love love love this place!! Gorgeous campsite - a general store, big lounge area, clean and luxurious bathrooms / showers (literally have waterfall shower heads), and tent camping next to a stream. I think it was $21 for the tent site. They also have laundry for $4 (wash) and $1.75 for drying. This place has such a great vibe - full of young people, hikers, climbers, and outdoorsy folks. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This place is a fantastic find and a wonderful little haven. It has camping options for every type out there… tent, car, small and big rig, and cabins. Level sites, tables, potable water, fire rings throughout, clean and open grounds. It has a common area with a fire ring and chairs. It also has a large activity building with seating, bathrooms, and games.
The renovated bath house was well done - large, well lit, very clean, great hot showers! It also has a coin operated laundry in it and a great dishwashing station. The staff is very friendly. They do have a discount for former military.

This is the nicest campground I've ever stayed at. We ended up staying in one of the bunkhouses after having car trouble. The owner is awesome and super friendly. the facilities are meticulously kept. Great vibes. we're here before hard core summer season. This place would be a fun party in the summer I bet. The bunk house had multiple bunks, a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a brand new never charcoal grille. Inside also had a fridge.

The Outpost is a place to bring people together who love the outdoors, music and food nestled in the heartbeat of the New River Gorge by offering camping, cabins, RV's and soon food, entertainment and arts in a communal environment. They have rustic cabins, full hookups with 50amp / 30amp / 20amp/ water and sewer, partial hookups with 30amp / 20amp / water, cool tent platforms with electric, tent sites with electric, tent sites without electric and a field for tent camping with communal pit and tables.

It is one of the best campgrounds I've stayed. Perfect location. This campsite is on the Fayette Station Road, the main drive that the National Park advertises. This is more than a campsite. That being said definitely don't come here for a private quiet place in the woods for big weekends. Come here after hiking, rafting, or climbing to meet other hikers, rafters, or climbers and share in an awesome communal environment. The bathrooms were meticulously kept and the space has special little touches everywhere! This is an experience not just camping - music, food trucks, massage. We will definitely be back again!
