We found this spot when we were trying locate a nearby pin which ended up being inaccessible for a van our size. The main logging road is in great shape and is nice and wide. any sized vehicle can make it. there were several spots before and beyond this pin, but they appear to be rarely used (no established fire rings). plenty of wood to burn and small side roads to explore.
we tried to see if we could reach the river but the trail got pretty soft so we turned around.
where we stayed was about 25 minutes from the highway.
very quiet, some cell service. enough room for large vehicles or multiple vehicles. enjoy!
