Pretty accurate description from OP. We came in in the dark and went past the little dirt road. It’s across from the Poland water plant.

We stayed to the right. If you go all the way down there is what appears to be a fire pit.

It’s pretty private towards the back but the road is well traveled with lots of trucks entering the plant across the street. Great for a single night.

As OP said, as soon as you pull in take a few steps around. I parked to the right. Pretty private but a bit noisy. I pulled in after it was storming and I could still drive around easily with my little 2WD sedan. Basically zero bars on t-mobile

Found a dirt road that leads off into 3 other roads that appear unused. No recent tire tracks lots of down wood. Brought my 3500 Chevy Express down no issues. I recommend going on foot to explore the other paths as they narrow down a good bit. (I backed out of one and walked down another) no signs prohibiting entry so it seems good. 1-2 bars T-Mobile & 2-3 bars Verizon.

Update: the roads lead to nowhere. One just ends and the other spits you out to the main road. Good for a week or so stay. Pack it in pack it out.
