They do not accept dogs. The internal parking is not accessible for vehicles over 2.5 metres

Cheapest rooms start at 18.000 for small, unrenovated rooms with a/c, aircon, TV, private bathroom but no fridge.
20.000 buys you a bit fancier room with a freshly renovated bathroom, new furniture etc.
The more luxury (fridge, kitchenette etc.) you want, the more you pay. They have rooms for all tastes and budgets.
Breakfast is always NOT included, for 2000 you get the usual omelette and bread.
Very fast and reliable WiFi (even now that the 4 seacables broke!), English spoken at reception.
Safe parking (height limitations, check picture) in the yard, also save parking (protected by 3 guards in a very safe neighborhood) in front of the hotel.
Very clean and friendly.
Plenty of cafes and restaurants around, good supermarket as well. Quiet at night.

We stayed in a double room for 22.000 cfa (posted 30.000).

Hot water, Wi-Fi, room service, clean, TV, fridge

No reservation, only walked in and asked for availability.

Could park the 4x4 camper inside.

Same story....we booked at booking.com, two days before. In the morning they send a message, that we had to confirm our reservation. So we did. That afternoon we arrived, and it turned out there were no rooms available! They didn't have a solution so we had to find another place. We went to Residence La Grace, 2.5 km from this hotel. Very nice place, friendly staff, clean room, safe parking and also affordable.

Be careful with reservations via Booking.com or Hotels.com. The hotel was full, but with some empty rooms at internet. We had to discuss almost 2 hours for them to solve the problem.

They send us to a hotel 8 km far, with the same price (16k xof via Booking). And we had to discuss to convince them to pay our taxi to go and to return, as they created the problem with the reservation.

As they had an empty room on the second night, we returned. But, when we wrote a bad evaluation at Google, they knocked our door to ask why we wrote that. We felt intimidated.

16700 via booking.com for double room with private shower, AC and Wifi. Without Booking it is 20000. Just 500m from Ghana Ambassy. Safe parking and friendly staff!
