Just pulled in and there were a few other campers/vans/cars parked here. No signs. Flat ground. Fairly quiet other than the sound of the sky train station a couple hundred meters away. We feel quite safe here. No amenities though, but there is a Walmart and a gas station on the next street over.

As others say, this is a great spot. I actually stayed closer to Skeena street, there was one older camper van behind me and a woman in an RV behind them. Saw a few trailer campers up the street a little by Canadian Tire.

Overall, I felt safe at this location. Around 8pm, the building on the other side of the street started power washing some buses so it got loud for a little while. There was also some people walking up and down the streets just passing through. Overall, great spot and will stay again when I come back to Canada.

Really liked staying here. Stayed for a handful of evenings, appreciated the convenience of the skytrain, the Starbucks & grocery stores close by. There’s city noise but it’s nothing that’s super disruptive. There’s lots of space too for every size rig.

Quiet, secluded street parking with no signs. Didn’t have any issues here. Lots of rvs parked in this area. Bit of foot traffic in the area but little street traffic. We slept overnight in a suv. Stuck out much less than the numerous rvs.
