Description

CITO is a place to work on your home on wheels, and allows you to stay in your home on wheels while you do your DIY projects. People can stay here for up to five nights for $10 each night - cash only. or you can stay for an entire month for $220. hookup Is $40 a month or $50 if you have an air conditioner on top of your home on wheels or in the window.

The place is brand new and still working on officially opening up and is looking for workampers to help clean up the land and get it in the shape of knees to be. So you do need levelers or know that you're not going to be completely straight. You do need to make reservations on the Facebook page though. they don't allow people to just drive in and park. everyone has to go through the Facebook page. If you stay for a month longer they require you to do a background check.

The place is super quiet but there's also not much around either. everything is at least 20 minutes away. they have someone come out once a week to empty black tanks which cost $20 per block tank. they don't have a trash dumpster yet so any trash has to be taken into town and disposed properly or at the city dump.

The only Wi-Fi that works out here is Verizon.

Rules for the property…
This is rules for everyone to make this a safe and wonderful experience for everyone.
1. No fighting or arguing of any time. We want this a safe and drama from anyone. Respect others and no name calling others as kids maybe around or other people that do not care to hear this. If any fighting or aggression the parties will be asked to leave and not come back
2. Must let us know of your arrival date and as close to what time so we can help you setup. Also what you may need to get setup. We are slowly getting everyone in spots to their needs. But that takes work
3. No rides are provided by us, so make sure you have made arrangements if you need anything or ask someone.
4. If you make a business deal with someone it’s between the parties involved and nothing to do with the management or the property. As if someone does a deal we don’t want any part to do with it and we can not warranty something that someone else has done. If you ask for advice we may tell you what we would do but in no way are we advising or take responsibility of it. So please do your homework and if unsure take it to a professional that can warranty it.
5. All people on property must use only black trash bags and trash pickup is on Wednesday morning at 7am. Or you can take it out and drop it off on the back of the white pickup the night before after 9pm. This is until we get a dumpster and then will let people know what type of trash can or can not go in the dumpster.
6. Please everyone pickup your trash and cigarette butts. Let’s try to leave our area better then we found it, as we are all sharing this space. If you see trash that is to big or can’t pickup let one of us know.
7. Pets are allowed but aggressive dogs but remain on leash. All animals are the responsibility of their owner and any bites or damage is the pets owner responsibility. If your pet gets lost or injured or killed it’s the owners responsibility and not in anyway of the management or the property.
8. In dry season no fires unless it’s been setup as a fire pit and is cleared around the fire ring with stones around the fire pit. We all have to watch sparks and cigarette around ourselves and others as being dry everywhere we can set a field fire
9. Photos or video is only allowed of your own rig and not of others without the permission of the other party (that includes people, pets and anything that belongs to another party).
10. Do not say other then your house hold of anyones else is here. There maybe someone hiding from an abused relationship. This is a safe place for everyone
11. Do not touch anything that doesn’t belong to you without the permission of the owner. This violation you will be removed off the property and asked to not come back
12. No drinking alcohol in an open container outside your rig. Also if you are drunk please stay in your rig and do not operate any tools or climb up on anything.
13. Kids are welcome but must be looked after at all times by the guardian/parent.
14. No feeding other’s pets without the permission of the owner of the animal. Also no leaving out food/trash that other pets can get to
15. Rent must be paid and cleared on arrival on the property.
16. Must keep the noise level down so not to disturb others. Quiet time is from 10pm to 6am

If anyone is asked to leave no refund will be given. Any and all rules may change at anytime and for any reason as needed.
