Lions Park | Established Campground

Arrived late on a Saturday night and it was super busy and full. We technically there could of been 3 more free spots. But based on how people occupied spots those three were not accessible. In some spots there was 3-4 vehicles and an rv in a a spot. Nice place but super packed in and close.

We opted to drive 25 mins north to Stickney. Found a spot not problem. Much more space and new rv spots have recently been upgraded and added. So if this park is busy. Try Stickney. We were glad we did.

Very sweet little campground just like the other comments say.
There was a farmers market next to the park for a little bit, but they all left around 8pm. Lots of locals who come down to walk with their families, but no one bothered me.
Two showers, one for men and one for women. The water is hot and the showers themselves are pretty clean.
Great for a night or two. I came on a Thursday night and there was about 5 or 6 spots that appeared to be open.

its a weekend so the campground is pretty full. really nice. quiet. hot showers. flush toilets. 50/30/120 hook up at every site. soft grass makes my dog happy after the pokey dry stuff and mean burrs. very relaxed. amazing and nice. no fixed rates just donation box. lots of bird dogs so I assume folks are pheasant hunting nearby. fishing holes are next to the camp. adorable playground. most campgrounds make me cranky. this is a treasure. 4g and 3 bars Verizon without the booster. full bars with

This a donation based / free campground smack in the middle of Armour SD. There are roughly four pull through sites, and four back in, it claims ten total but we haven't explored enough to confirm this. Also, two cabins available. Covered tables next to each spot with a large group of covered tables towards the playground.

50 amp power located at each spot along with water available in the park, not immediately next to each spot though. Don't believe there's a dump.

There is a bathroom and shower house.

Absolutely beautiful, quiet, and sprawling.
