Awesome place to stay. Comfortable and close to public land. Max 14 day stay and only about 20 minutes to Lemmon IGA store (food and gas)
Report Check-InThe spot is as described above. It’s a free campground, but still has put toilets, water, and a dumpster. It also has access to a boat ramp and a small dock. The lake is beautiful, the only downside is the amount of flies.
Report Check-InGreat well maintained 16-site campground. Northern access road less washboardy but either OK. Super views overlooking lake and sunset. Only 3 sites occupied but saw not one other camper. Water and vault toilets good. Free! Saw small elk herd and many ranch cows.
