Description
Nice hostal near the city centre with a big, secure parking area, clean, with space to chill and a terrace with a view of the glaciers (currently under construction though). Very hot water with high pressure, double room S40 with shared bathroom, s50 with private. Rooms with TV, nice bed. They also sell prepared food. There is a possibility to pay with card, but there is an extra S5 of commission.

Came cycling (2 ppl). We locked the bikes downstairs in the cochera. 40s/room/night with shared bathroom. Or 50 with private bathroom. Room was very clean and spacious, good bed. Bathroom also big, with wide shower and hot water. We were the only ones. WiFi is good.
Service is bad. We waited in front of hostal one hour so they could open. When the guy left in the evening, he closed everything so we couldn't access our bikes. He didn't have change to my bill.
Nice clean hotel in the middle of town. This is the same place noted on iOverlander on the way out of town that is in the wrong location. Owner very nice. 40 S shared bath, 50 S private. Top floor has great views of town and glacier. Yes, the roosters next door on the roof are quite load! Large safe covered parking for bikes.

Report Check-InSuper nice family runs the hotel. It's very clean and has a beautiful terrace with a very good view. No bad smell coming from the toilets for us. Still the same price : 40 or 50 soles depending if you want private bathroom. The shower is really hot and big. Big secured parking, even for bikes.
Report Check-InSee comment before for location. As described, clean room with hot shower for S/50. We could park our bicycles in the parking area (closed off at night). Bad smell coming from sewage in the bathroom.
Report Check-InThis is in the wrong location. Can find the correct spot in Google maps it's closer to town off the main road. As described re hot shower with good pressure. 50s per night for two people. No dogs allowed. Juan the owner is super nice and pointed us towards an amazing Laguna to camp at (Laguna Rocotuyo) will put an entry for the camp site too. He also let us use the stove in the parking area to make coffee in the morning and sold us some delicious bread that his family makes. Now for the cons: no proper seat on the toilet and the dogs/roosters next door that love to make lots of noise early in the morning.
