We had a wonderful experience with Peter . We go for the horse tracking for 2 1/2 hours. The landscape was wonderful and we enjoyed it . Peter was very friendly , the horses well trained. It was very besutiful. You can do it also longer. We can recommend it .

We went on a 2-day pony trekking with Peter and it was fantastic. The horses are well trained and the landscape is stunning. We slept in a local village, they prepared a lovely traditional Rondavel for us with mattresses and blankets and we got to eat some local food, a great experience we wouldn’t have wanted to miss! LSL 1400pp
We were allowed to camp for free at Peter‘s house the night before / after. They have flat spots to park your car, you definitely need high clearance to reach his house and it’s not big rig friendly, but with a Defender and a Landcruiser it was not a problem to drive up there and there was enough space for 2 cars.
Pit toilet and running water available.
Very friendly people and they speak English well.

Here we had the best experience in Lesotho!

You will find a very nice local family who manage a Pony Trekking business around this rural area. You can do trekkings of one day to 4 days.
Also they organise hikings at the area.
They are Basotho people and they work with the community, so if you go with them you will have a very nice experience and also collaborate with the local people in this rural area.

You can sleep at their home and also to the homes of the rurals villages if you overnight with the trekkings.
