Parking spots nearby the convento San Bernardo. No amenities whatsoever but very convenient to spend a night and attend the night show that takes place every night at 9.00pm. Noisy in the morning but quiet night all together.

A few cars during the day, relatively quiet at night. Only at 9pm for about 30 minutes a little louder when the daily night show takes place. We felt very safe here.
If you don't want to clean the whole car, watch out for the branches with the many birds overhead ':-D

Report Check-InParked for some nights here. Is a safe town, so we slept well and left the car parked to explore Valladolid and to go work at a coffee place really close.
Report Check-InWe stayed there one night. It was perfect for us: close to downtown and quiet! We asked a police officer if it was ok to park there and she told us there was no problem!
Report Check-InGood, quiet spot for a night or two. We parked outside a small ice making factory and they were cool with it. Just a bit of noise from around 6am when people start to buy their ice. Other than that a good spot.

It’s close enough to the most centric area, walking distance for visiting and shopping.
During the day, you can pay 5 pesos to get into the bathroom on the side of the cathedral.
Surrounded by shady parks.
9pm show in Spanish + English in front of the cathedral for free. Other events also take place in the area, traditional Mayan dances, wrestling…
Valladolid is a beautiful town and also very clean compared to other cities, definitely recommended stop!
