IN CASE OF EMERGENCY/OFF-SEASON PARKING
Gravel lot between the aquatic center and the whitewater rafting park.
We did not plan on staying in Cascade, but had a roadside emergency. Local PD gave us permission to park in the lot, since it was the off-season and very late at night. This lot would be appropriate as a last-ditch, emergency stop, not as a place to camp out for days on end. There was a blue spigot over by the rafting park, although we did not check to see if the water was on. Presumably during the season you could fill up there. Our night was quiet and no one bothered us.
