Moderator Note: This place is deleted as overlanders are responsible for travelling at legal speed limits.

We were caught in speed camera in 81 km/h. We didnt see the 60 sign, and the picture seemed bit weird, but cannot argue with some unfriendly Police officers. Had to pay 425 N$ at the Tsumeb Police Station. Ran into other tourists there (only tourists paying fines, by the way).
