Quiet street parking, good for a quick overnight sleep. Best for smaller vehicles. River Bend Park is nice to spend the day in.
It's in a residential area; please respect the space and don't run your generators/loud machines all night, bothering permanent residents, who will take this away.
Pros: No signs. Quiet residential area
Cons: Squished between the road and the bike lane; best to sleep here if just staying in van

I stayed about 10 blocks away from here and ended up getting a knock knock from police at 7am after a neighbor called. I was fairly stealth. Police were nice, but gotta go.
