We slept in this spot one night. It was quiet at night, but traffic picks up around 7 am. It’s parallel parking on this street so we managed to park with our 24’ motorhome. The spaces in the 2 perpendicular streets (Adam’s street and Figueroa Street) were too small for us. Parking is limited to 2 hours from 9am to 6pm Monday through Saturday.
We don't have any photos of this place yet.

Great spot all around the block. Parallel parking for bigger rigs and on the other streets pull in spots. Felt safe and welcome. Great coffee shop round the corner too (captain + stoker). Definitely recommend.
Report Check-InI actually slept on the other side of the park on Franklin street, but it’s like this. They are parallel spots surrounding the park, overnight parking isn’t explicitly illegal, but it’s limited parking from 9am-6pm. Be stealth and you should be good.
Report Check-InStayed here without a problem. A handful of people walked by after 12a talking and laughing..but other than that it was dark and quiet. Slept until 9a.
Report Check-InGreat spot to stay if you are in a smaller vehicle or cab-over. Right next to the cute downtown and the beach and very quiet at night. The parking officers definitely watch the time I'm the morning since it is 9am-6pm spots so we were out before 11am.
