This is a wildlife watering hole violating the 200 ft or more BLM rule for camping. People should not be camping around here and is also inviting unauthorized and abusive use of the adjacent private property. There should be no public camping invitations drawing people to the private hot springs which may soon be closed due to abuse.

By the corral is definitely the most private spot to park, though there were a few rigs parked just across the road from the spring, and the donkiest too. Saw lots of them coming close by to drink in the morning. Hotsprings are great, nicely adjustable. As described, a really nice place in the desert. Full on cell service.

Extremely quiet and peaceful spot across from hot spring (no camping allowed at hot spring per property owners).

Nice place to stay for a night. Nothing and no-one around! We saw wild horses and wild donkeys. The place is very dry at this moment so no source of water for animals. The hot spring was fun but a bit disgusting with algaes and the bottom was slippery. Try to enter slowly and not move in it! We rinsed with clear water after :)

Great spot, we went about 300 yards down the road to keep the dog away from the burros at the watering hole. visited the hot spring in the morning and talked to the care taker. the springs were clean and well cared for with a beautiful view. they ask that you Do Not Camp at the spring, this is private property and there is plenty of BLM land around it. If you pack out your trash, leave no trace and don't harass the wildlife than you are welcome to enter the private property and enjoy the springs

Good cell reception Verizon. Wild donkeys. Nice sunset mountain views. Down side: some small power line installation and graffitied run down building nearby. Otherwise a nice spot for a night or two.

Report Check-In

BLM land surrounds the hot springs (the hot springs are on private land, but can be accessed as long as they are respected). This spot is next to an old corral. Within view is the watering hole where all the burros, wild horses, coyotes and birds come to drink. Therefore there is amazing wildlife entertainment! Respect the animals’ space though! Just a 10 minute walk to the hot springs. There is a bit of a hump to get over to access it from the road, don’t think anything too big would work. Some sand the further you go into the spot. We loved this spot because it was a little bit away from where most people were camped.
