Latest Check-Ins

This a great place to stay before or after border crossing. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. There is a train that goes by but it's not very loud. overall it's pretty quiet for a rest area.

Report Check-In

good place before / after crossing the border.

Report Check-In

Great place. Fairly quiet for a rest area

Report Check-In

Excellent place to spend the night before or after crossing the border. We stayed here before going to Mexico. We thought it was pretty quiet, yes there were trains and trucks coming into the lot but it didn't bother us. We had our fans going all night. The facilities are pretty good. The walls between the stalls in the washrooms are weirdly low. You can fill your water bottles with clean water and uber even delivers food out here. All in all a place I would highly recommend.

Report Check-In

nice and clean, very helpful staff. A bit noisy, though - east side: incoming traffic + trains, north side: truck night stop, generators running; west side: outgoing traffic + interstate. But for one night no problem

We slept one night here after crossing the US boarder in Loredo. The information offices provides with nice welcome to Texas package, with event calendar, Texas map, stikers and travel Texas guide! Thanks to them! Toilets are very clean, spot it's a bit noisy, but normal when you know it's between the motorway and the railway..

This is a regular stop for us before entering Mexico. Beautiful with 24 hour clean rest rooms and a place for your doggies to do their business. You can park away from the trucks. There is a train close by, but not often.

Report Check-In

Nice parking area for just an overnight stopover. Noise level high due to ruck traffic coming in to park and the train. Bathroom were clean. The visitor’s center lobby is closed temporarily due to COVID. After the border crossing, it worked out good for one night. Cell coverage for AT&T was strong.

Report Check-In

An ok place for the night, but, just like any rest stop, extremely loud all throughout the night...

Report Check-In

Good place to stay after crossing the border. Water is not available to fill up the RV, only a small "water fill station" to drink there or fill up a small bottle.

Report Check-In

Stayed here last night, but loud with the trucks but nice bathrooms and water available. Stayed at night so the info center was manned. Some parking locations are fairly dark. Saw border patrol taking dogs to sniff around the edges

Report Check-In

Great place to sleep for the night, nice tables with shade and 24HR bathrooms. A little oasis in the middle of no where before or after border crossing.

Report Check-In

Ótimo lugar para parar e dormir depois da fronteira, são 30km. Banheiros limpos, tranquilo, seguro. Dormem vários caminhões aqui a noite. A Internet é meio lenta.

Awesome spot to crash for the night with 24 HR bathrooms. We felt very safe and comfortable. Watch out for biting beetles! Would 100% recommend.

Report Check-In

Fantastic free spot to spend the night. 24-hr Washrooms, water and an oasis picnic area. You are wedged between a hi-way and an active train line and truckers also pull in to overnight... but if you pick your spot well and wear plugs it’s great. The info center closes at 5pm. In the morning we received a warm welcome and a lot of great info on Texas from the tourism office staff. This was a great stop after crossing over from Mexico.

Report Check-In

Very convenient and nice rest area. Wifi 24/24 at the entrance door. Restroom and water fountain 24/24 too. The little parking on the east side is less noisy (but closer to train track...)

Report Check-In

Definitely a safer option than staying in Laredo itself, it wasn't very quiet with trains and trucks going past but it was safe, had clean bathrooms and water, and wifi. :)

Report Check-In

Nice to spend the nigth after/before cross the border. A lot of maps and information of Texas State. Really useful.

Report Check-In

Nice stop. Little noisy because of the trucks parked for the night
